Every house has a story. Here is ours.

The road into creating fragrances usually runs through imitation. Copy a scent you love, mix and smell, teach your nose by trial and error over years. Nine in ten never get there.

We came at it from somewhere else.

We are both nurses, with eclectic lives, exemplary noses, and a love of fragrance and the history behind it. Nursing taught us attention, and how close a scent sits to a person.

Justin also builds.

Applications, businesses, AI in healthcare, and two fragrance apps, ScentSell and Sniffopotamus. For our bench he built a corpus of every ingredient, molecule, note, method and pairing, and wired an AI to assist and recommend.

History on one side, biochemistry on the other, memory between them.

The depth a large house pays a perfumer for, we built.

The nose still decides. We would argue this is a first in small batch Australian perfumery.
