What we collect

The public site does not currently have a checkout, waitlist form, newsletter signup, or customer account. If you email us, we collect the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, message, and any details needed to reply.

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and server logs so the site can load, stay secure, and be maintained.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to messages, operate the website, protect the site from misuse, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the current public site to build advertising profiles.

Who handles it

We may use trusted providers for website hosting, email, domain, security, and related operations. Those providers may process information in Australia or overseas. We only use them for ordinary business purposes connected to running Underground Parfums.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not currently use advertising cookies or a public analytics package. The private lab area may use session cookies for authorised users only. If we add a store, newsletter, analytics, or social advertising tools, this policy will be updated before those tools are used publicly.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to delete information where we no longer need to keep it for business, legal, or record keeping reasons.
